Do I need a floor plan or a budget first?
No. A floor plan, a few reference images and your priorities are helpful, but you don’t need everything figured out. If budget feels unclear, choose “Help me plan a budget” and we’ll begin with what matters most to you.
Is sending the planner a booking?
No. Your brief starts a conversation with the Belong team. It carries no booking or payment commitment.
Are the budget ranges your prices?
No. They are planning preferences, not package prices or a quote. Size, scope, materials and the condition of your home all shape the final estimate.
Where do you work, and what happens to my details?
Tell us where your home is in the planner and we’ll confirm whether we can take it on. We keep your details to talk with you about your project. Our privacy page explains how we care for them and how to ask us to update or erase them.
