Isn’t ‘imperfect’ just unfinished?
No. Wabi-sabi is carefully considered. The materials are natural and handmade, but the room is calm, clean and intentional.
Does limewash work in humid homes?
Limewash is a breathable finish and is used in many warm climates. Ask about the right product and base for each wall, especially in wet areas.
How is wabi-sabi different from Japandi?
Japandi is cleaner and more refined. Wabi-sabi is rougher and more organic, celebrating texture, age and handmade marks.
