About the role

What the job is, in plain words.

As our Business Development Manager, you’ll lead how Belong finds and wins the families we design for. You’ll create opportunities across the city, meet homeowners at home, on site visits and in the studio, and guide each conversation from first interest to commitment.

It’s a role for someone who sells by listening. You’ll learn each family’s ideas, priorities, timelines and budget, then work with our design team on a proposal that fits. You’ll own the sales journey end to end: enquiries, follow-ups, negotiations and closures, handled with clarity and care.

You’ll also build Belong’s local network of builders, architects, apartment communities and referral partners. You’ll work closely with the founders, bring back what clients and the market are telling us, and help shape how we reach and serve customers as we grow.
