The job, honestly
What you’ll own, and a day of it.
Yours to own
- Plan each week on site with crews and suppliers.
- Check work against drawings and catch problems while they’re small.
- Keep sites safe, clean and kind to the neighbours.
- Share honest daily updates with the family and the studio.
- Work the snag list down to zero, then hand over with pride.
A Tuesday, roughly
- 8:30Walk the site before the crew arrives.
- 11:00A laminate delivery is two sheets short. Sorted before lunch.
- 2:00The kitchen base is out of level by 3mm. Fixed now, not later.
- 5:30Photos and a clear update to the family, then home.
